That’s really everything you need!
Especially if you stay at the beach most days you will probably be in a bathing suit for most of the time which makes packing really easy. Hanging out around the hotel or beach house, pretty laid back vibes that don’t require lots of outfits.
Nonetheless, remember that summer (August especially) can get very hot, warm weather is the norm so keep that in mind when packing.
In addition, you can totally get away with only taking a carry-on and backpack with you to IOP. Just think about what kind of activities or you want to do with your time there before you go. Be sure to pack the right outfits for going out at night or any beach toys/games you want to have with you!
Have you visited the Isle of Palms in the summer? Is there anything else you think I should add to this list?
